Yes. Indune is the only handicraft store in Udaipur from the fair trade network in India. We work with master craftsmen of the state and gather inspiration from our curators, modern tastemakers and evolving design scenes – to craft and translate it into a visual diary of beautiful interior objects.

What is indune.com?
www.indune.com is a Fair Trade online destination to shop for thoughtful home decor, handmade gifts, home accessories, and handcrafted furniture, from the comfort of your home.
How do I make a purchase online?
Click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page, and make a purchase either by registering on our website or checking out as a guest.
How do I pay ?
You can pay for your purchase using Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) or with your Debit Card. For registered users in selected locations, we offer the option of ‘Cash on Delivery’ also.
Is the sale price of an item all inclusive?
Generally, the sale price on the online store is all inclusive for shoppers within India, if not specifically mentioned otherwise. For buyer outside India, the shipping cost is mentioned as extra with the product price. For international buyers, destination country specific charges and taxes, if any, would be an additional cost.
How will I know that my order has been received?
When you make a purchase on www.indune.com, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you after the payment and address details are verified.
How long does it take to dispatch and how do you transport it?
For ready products, it takes 3-4 working days to dispatch your order except for customised orders, which usually takes 4-6 weeks to dispatch.
Where do I find the shipping information of my order?
When your order is shipped, we email you the courier details with the tracking number. You can track your packet online using these details.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship internationally to over 150 countries. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship to your country we will inform you and refund your payment if already received.
What if the item I receive is damaged?
We are happy to replace or refund any defective items in such unforeseen case. Please email us your order number and details along with a photo of the damage if possible, within 48 hours of receiving the order. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
Can I return a purchase?
We want you to absolutely love your Indune purchase, but we understand that sometimes things go wrong. You can return an item if it is unused and in the state you received it.
We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging. Your order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way. To return/refund an item, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, please call us on +91-294-2412022 which remains open 11 am – 5 pm (Monday to Friday).
Custom made/Commissioned items/ Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned. Returns for furniture pieces will only be accepted for damaged/ defective products.

Who is the maker of the product at Indune?
The makers are skilled craftsmen of Rajasthan who are working with us since 1998. We hold dear a close partnership with some of the most creative craftspeople of the region. We also collaborate with innovative artisans from around the state to release a new line of handmade design objects every six months.
Do you sell personalised designs?
Yes, we offer a personalised option on a number of pieces, which are marked as ‘personalised’. If you are looking to buy wholesale and wish to personalise the designs accordingly, please email us at email@example.com and we will help to realise your idea.
Do you only sell one-of-a-kinds?
Due to the handmade nature of the craft, each product is unique but not all the pieces at Indune are one-of-a-kind. We work and create with artisans, so we are able to offer a one-off selection to those who like unexampled designs.
What kind of care is suggested for these items?
Most of our these pieces are made from solid wood, which is again susceptible to slight variations, due to change in climate, atmosphere and room temperature. It is recommended not to expose the wooden items to direct sunlight, water or very humid conditions. A coat of wax or polish once in few months would keep these products look new & fresh.
Are the items listed on your website exactly identical to the images?
Since these are handmade products by individual artisans, some variation in dimension, design, shade or colour is unavoidable.
